Day 8 - Caffeine Fiends

I'm a big lover of The Establishment coffee - it's one of those cups that you take a sip of and feel yourself relax. Their team has over 50 years of combined roasting knowledge. Beans are hand picked and sourced from Ethipoia, PNG, Brazil and India. Get your beans at their West End cafe (and maybe get yourself a cappuccino while you're there).

The Single Guys have a cute lil' cafe in Kenmore where you can purchase their single origin roast, or you can buy online. You can read all about their processes and quality control on their blog. If you want to give a gift that keeps givingm their Hamlin Roast can be purchased online from Hamlin Fistula Ethipoia to support the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia.

A local Brisbane roastery that supplies to various places around Brissy, including Miss Kay's Burgers and Two Trees in South Brisbane. Pop into their Milton roastery to have a chat or buy some of their beans.

Single origins and blends from all over the place, Byron Bay to Ethiopia. Cold press coffees are reportedly amazing, although I've never tried them so can't vouch for them personally. On the list for this summer, for sure. You can buy their blends in their West End or Brisbane City stores, or get in touch about orders via their website
